Job vacancies in Uzbekistan increased by 15.3 percent
According to the analysis of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, in the IV quarter of 2025, 47.8 thousand vacancies were announced in the country. This is 15.3% more than last year. The largest growth was recorded in the construction sector (32.6%), as well as in catering (23.9%) and manufacturing (13.4%).
Job search activity remained stable throughout the year, but the growth of resumes slowed down. According to experts, the increase in job vacancies supports economic growth, but may also maintain inflationary pressure. According to the survey results, 36.4% of enterprises plan to create new jobs in the near future.
