Ingredients:
6 tomatoes 🍅

Some *jizza* (crispy rendered fat bits), fresh herbs, wild thyme (*jambil*), and basil
2 tablespoons heavy cream/thick cream 🧈
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon beef fat
1.5 kg flour
Half a tablespoon yeast
Preparation:
First, chop all the vegetables into uniform pieces. Then, place the salt, water, *jizza*, cream, butter, beef fat, yeast, and the chopped ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly. Finally, add the flour to the mixture and knead the dough. Once the dough has risen well, bake it in a preheated *tandir* (clay oven). Our hot *jizza* breads are ready!
