The press service of the Supreme Court disclosed information on the criminal case related to the drug "Dok-1 Max".

According to him, S.R.P. (man, born in India in 1972, director of Quramax Medical LLC), S.K. (man, born in Tashkent in 1982, at the same time worked as the director of the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Network and the director of the State Center for Expertise and Standardization of Medicines, Medical Products and Medical Equipment under him) and others (21 people in total) : A criminal case has been received regarding Quramax Medical LLC and the responsible staff of the "State Center for Expertise and Standardization of Medicines, Medical Products and Medical Equipment" DUK, and the open trial for its consideration will be held on August 11 scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m.

16 of the defendants are men and 5 are women, 7 of them were imprisoned, 12 were ordered to be of good behavior, and 2 were given precautionary measures in the form of bail.

They are accused of committing the crimes provided for in Articles 184, 28,186-3, 186-3, 25,205, 205, 207, 28,209, 209, 210, 211, 212, 228 of the Criminal Code.

According to the approved indictment, 65 young children died as a result of the crimes committed.

It was said that more than 20 children died in Uzbekistan after consuming Dok-1 Max syrup produced in India. In early January, Marion Biotech Pvt. Ltd company's license has been suspended. The founders of Marion Biotech have two licenses, Form 25 and Form 28, to manufacture different types of drugs at their Noida plant.
