At the event, one of the professors suggested that status time be organized through all TV channels. After that, Gulbahor Erkulova spoke about status. "I agree with you. If there are 30 TV channels, they all show the same faces. Sometimes the audience gets tired, I think. True, everything has its place. It is necessary to create both pop, lyrics, and status. I am against restrictions. But I have to disagree with those who call status boring. I appreciate the status not because it is the direction of my creativity, but because it reflects our nationality. In fact, I am also a very modern person. Those who know closely know. I even studied primary school in Russian. But if I do something contrary to the Uzbek language and national values and traditions, I feel like a sinner. Some call this situation patriotism, others hypocrisy. I don't care how others look at me," he said.
