It was found that 15 violations of the law were allowed in the implementation of state procurement in Uzbekistan in one month

The results of the monitoring and analysis conducted in September in the field of public procurement were announced.

In September 2023, during the remote monitoring activities carried out by the anti-corruption agency, it was found that some state customers committed a number of violations of the law in the implementation of public procurement worth 13.7 billion soums in 15 cases.

In particular, a number of requirements of the statute approved by the Law "On State Procurement" and the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers "On the procedure for organizing and carrying out procedures related to the implementation of state procurement" not done.

In connection with the above circumstances, the agency made a presentation to the customers, and the reports of the procurement commission on state procurement were canceled.
