It was found that 14.5 billion soums were damaged as a result of the explosion in Sergeli

According to the government commission, 163 people were injured as a result of the explosion, 1370 apartments, 246 private houses, as well as a school and a kindergarten were damaged. As a result of the explosion of the warehouse in Sergeli, the total amount of damage caused to the apartments in the houses is 14.5 billion soums. This was reported on the Government portal.
It is noted that as a result of the emergency situation, 1370 apartments in 39 multi-storey buildings and 246 single-family houses were damaged in the facade, window frames, doors and roofs. Also, window frames, doors and facades of secondary school No. 305 (with 1250 seats) and kindergarten No. 600 (with 720 seats) were damaged.
Currently, a contracting organization has been attached to these objects, and construction and repair work is being carried out.
The total number of victims was 163, 150 of them were lightly injured and 13 were seriously injured. One minor citizen died as a result of severe injuries.
24 of the injured were admitted to the hospital and provided with appropriate medical and psychological assistance. The remaining 138 were sent to outpatient treatment. Currently, all the injured citizens have recovered their health and have been allowed to go home.
"Call-centyer" short number "1205" was established in order to quickly solve the problems of the population. The center received more than 450 appeals and all of them were resolved positively.
Food products were delivered to 400 needy families and financial assistance was provided to 100 of their minor children.
It is noted that after the completion of comprehensive forensic examination, investigation and court proceedings, the determined amount of damage will be fully recovered from the defendant found guilty in accordance with the law.
