Earlier, a video was circulated on social networks showing two young men humiliating and laughing at a deaf taxi driver. 
As it turned out, the incident occurred in Samarkand. Three people agreed in advance and staged this incident in order to collect subscribers. As a result of the investigation, their identities were established, and the “deaf” driver who was driving the car was sentenced to 8 days in administrative detention, and two passengers were sentenced to 10 days.
It was also found that the driver of the car did not have a driver's license, an administrative report was issued against him, and the car was placed in a penalty area.
