It's Uzbekneftgaz's turn: It violated the law on competition

The Competition Committee initiated a case against Uzbekneftgaz. During the inspection by the committee, signs of violations of the requirements of Article 29 of the Law on Competition were found in the 2 tenders for the selection of the best bids for a total of 4.8 billion soums conducted by "Uzbekneftgaz", and the case against the joint-stock company triggered.

It is noted that the initiated case will be considered in the established order and additional information will be provided after the decision is made.
