Israeli settler runs over a praying Palestinian

Near the village of Deir Jarir, northeast of the city of Ramallah, an Israeli settler hit a Palestinian man with a car while he was praying by the roadside. On the same day, in another incident, armed settlers attacked homes in the village, injuring one person and firing live ammunition. The incidents reportedly took place as Israeli security forces were entering the area.
