"Inventive" blogger fined for installing stove in KIA K5

On January 2, to fulfill his promise to his subscribers, Andijan auto blogger Gayrat Mahmudov installed a "bourguignon" stove in his personal KIA K5 and made tea.
In the video, which caused widespread discussion, you can see that a hole was made in the roof of the car, through which a smoke exhaust pipe was passed, and the stove was installed in place of the passenger seat.
The regional department of internal affairs reported that the car was placed in a penalty area, and the blogger was fined for violating fire safety rules in transport.
