Interpol extradited two citizens of Uzbekistan who were wanted internationally from the UAE

With the joint efforts of the National Central Bureaus of Interpol in Tashkent and Abu Dhabi, the issue of extradition of criminals wanted internationally through Interpol channels was resolved. This was reported by the press service of the bureau.

It is noted that international criminal police Interpol, with the direct support of representatives of the Consulate General of Uzbekistan, conducted activities between the national central bureaus of Tashkent and Abu Dhabi. In these events, based on the agreements reached in the previous bilateral meetings, the handover of criminals who were accused of committing a large-scale fraud crime and wanted internationally was carried out.

"Thus, as a result of the rapid search operations, they were able to track down the criminals identified in the territory of the UAE," the report said.

As a result of the positive decision of the competent authorities of the UAE, the wanted persons were handed over to the law enforcement agencies of Uzbekistan in order to bring them to Tashkent for justice.
