Installation of smart cameras begins in Tashkent schools

Smart cameras are being installed in schools within Tashkent’s Sergeli district as part of the "Smart School" system.
Under this pilot project, cameras have already been installed in 177 out of 345 classrooms serving grades 9 through 11. These cameras enable automatic student attendance tracking, monitoring of school entry and exit, identification of unauthorized individuals, and analysis of student engagement during lessons.
A system will also be implemented to automatically notify parents when their children arrive at or leave the school.
The installation of cameras in the remaining classrooms is scheduled for completion by August 25. In the future, the system will be gradually rolled out to other schools across Tashkent.
