In Uzbekistan, those who tried to sell 120 thousand US dollars were detained

In the Tashkent region and Navoi, individuals who tried to sell counterfeit US dollars were detained. This was reported by the Department under the Prosecutor General's Office. It is noted that during an operational operation in the city of Angren, a citizen with a previous conviction and two individuals were detained with material evidence while selling 80 thousand US dollars in counterfeit 100-dollar bills for 40 thousand US dollars. 

In addition, this situation was observed in the Navoi region, where it was revealed that citizen I.Q. came to sell 40 thousand US dollars to citizen R.B. for 28 thousand US dollars. He was detained while selling 10 thousand dollars. Currently, criminal cases have been initiated and investigations are underway under the articles of the Criminal Code on fraud and counterfeiting.
