In Uzbekistan, the requirement to sell imported cars only by official dealers has been canceled

By decision of the Cabinet of ministers in Uzbekistan, the requirement to sell imported cars only by official dealers was eliminated.

It is reported that in connection with the simplification of the system of state regulation of entrepreneurial activity, a government decision was adopted to amend and add to certain decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan. According to the resolution:

new imported cars will be canceled for sale only by legal entities — official dealers of manufacturing enterprises;
the practice of suspending the supply of electricity to legal entities that consume electricity in excess of the volumes (the contractual amount per month) specified in the electricity supply agreement is terminated;
when a decision is made to reduce the authorized fund (authorized capital) of an entrepreneur, the requirement to inform creditors in writing and publish this in the media is canceled; 
taxpayers are allowed to appeal directly to the court against the decisions made by tax authorities on the results of itinerant tax audits and tax audits.
