In Uzbekistan, the procedure for issuing permits for international transportation by car has been established, the “legal information” channel in Telegram reports.

By decision of the Cabinet of ministers, a regulation was adopted on the procedure for setting, distributing, issuing and using the quota for the exchange of permits for international transport of cargo and passengers by car. According to the charter, permits indicate the types of international transportation of cargo and passengers by car (bilateral, transit or transportation from/to a third state) and the conditions for their use. Permits are divided into the following main types:

for two-way shipping;
for transit freight;
for shipping from / to the third state;
for two-way / transit freight;
for non-commercial transportation of passengers on two-way services;
for non-commercial transportation of passengers on transit services;
for non-commercial transportation of passengers on two-way/transit services.
Also, the application for obtaining foreign/multilateral permits is submitted by the national carrier through the “Ye-auto permit” AAT, confirming with her husband, and the application is considered within 1 working day from the date of receipt. Issuing or refusing to issue a permit "Ye-auto permit" is done automatically in AAT.

Permits are issued to carriers on the condition that they are returned to the competent authority within 90 calendar days from the date of issue. For each foreign/multilateral permit issued, a fee of one quarter (Rs 82,500) of BHM is levied.

In the event that it is determined that foreign/multilateral permits issued to it by the national carrier, or rights under them, are granted to third parties, the “Ye-auto permit” is automatically suspended in AAT from issuing all foreign/multilateral permits to that carrier – for a period of 3 months, if redefined during the year – for a period of 6 months.
