By the decision of the government, the administrative regulation of the provision of state services on granting the status of breeding farm was approved. This was reported by the "Legal Information" channel on Telegram.

According to the regulations, the status of a breeding farm is granted depending on the type of livestock (wild and domestic animals, as well as poultry, fish, certain animals and bees) of a specific category specified in the applicant's application or the direction of activity.

In order to use the state service, the applicant or his representative applies to the State Services Center or registers at YIDXP (my.gov.uz).

The questionnaire is filled out and the following is attached to it:

for applicants for the status of breeding plant, breeding farm, genofoid farm - a copy of references on the results of breeding products (materials) audit conducted in the last 3 years;
information on the identification of breeding livestock;
information confirmed by the applicant on compliance with the minimum requirements for obtaining the status of a breeding farm for the relevant livestock species.
A fee in the amount of 2 times the BHM (660 thousand soums) is charged for the provision of public service. When applying through YIDXP, this amount is 594,000 soums.

The authorized body will conduct an on-site investigation within 10 working days to determine the accuracy of the information in the questionnaire. Also, during the study, the applicant's epizootic stability, veterinary-sanitary rules and norms will be studied through district (city) veterinary departments.

The certificate on the status of the breeding farm is issued for a period of 5 years. The person who received the certificate cannot give it to another person for use.

Conveniences in providing public services

In recent years, the requirement of 73 types of documents and references from citizens during the provision of public services has been abolished. Also, more than 200 procedures have been simplified.

The number of documents required for the provision of public services has been reduced from 221 to 95 - 43 percent. As a result of reduction of only 73 types of documents, convenience was created for an average of 20 million citizens per year. More than 300 billion soums remained in their pockets.
