In Uzbekistan, it is forbidden to demand reports from pedagogues about the employment of graduates

In the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, the bill "On the Status of the Pedagogue" was adopted by the deputies and sent to the Senate for approval. Deputy Ghairat Abdiyev informed about the norms defined by this law.

According to it, the law defines the rights and obligations of pedagogues, the main guarantees of their activity, the principles of remuneration, incentives and social protection for their work. In particular, the monthly salary increase of pedagogues with a scientific degree or academic title is being strengthened by law.

In addition, it is guaranteed that pedagogues working in state general, secondary special and professional educational organizations will be provided free of charge by the state with study guides, primary teaching-methodical materials and educational tools.

It is important that the pedagogue, in order to protect his honor and dignity, will be exempted from paying the state duty if he appeals to the court over the behavior of a certain official, - said the deputy.

This law defines a number of norms to ensure the professional activities of pedagogues. In particular:

interfering with the professional activity of a pedagogue, unreasonably checking his activity, affecting the correct and impartial assessment of the knowledge of learners, as well as preventing the pedagogue from fulfilling his service obligations, pedagogue related to his professional activity involvement in other activities, including improvement of territories, agricultural activities;
request to form and submit reports and other information not related to his professional obligations, including information on taxes, utility payments, loans and other debts of the population, reports on the employment of graduates to do;
to involve the pedagogue on duty in the educational organization during the autumn-winter period and on holidays;
it is assumed that the pedagogue is obliged to purchase goods and services, including that it is not allowed to deduct funds for goods and services from the salary of the position without his consent.
