In Uzbekistan, figures in the field of status art are supported by bonuses

The presidential decision "On further development of Uzbek national art and measures to support the activities of representatives of the field" was adopted. According to the decision, starting from October 1, 2023, the updated monthly salaries of the administrative, scientific and creative staff of the Uzbek National Status Art Center and its regional departments will be introduced. The procedure for setting premiums at the expense of a separate personal treasury account of the center is being introduced. In this case, bonuses are determined based on the results achieved in the following areas of activity of the Center's employees: - participation in touring concert-viewing events in the territories of the republic and in foreign countries; - creating works typical of status samples in the direction of classical music and recording them; - improvement of works composed by status and composers; - Promotion of pure and perfectly performed statuses through mass media and social networks; - publishing scientific articles on the heritage of classical music, conducting research, creating books and collections; - creating modern karaoke of works composed by status and composers; - Continuing the traditions of "master-disciple", other directions aimed at developing the art of status. The document approved plans to organize the following in 2023-2025: - The plan of organizing local tours of the makom ensembles of the Uzbek national makom art center and its regional branches; - A plan to organize tours of the Uzbek National Makom Art Center and its regional branches to enterprises and organizations of the Makom Ensembles; - The plan of organizing foreign tours of the makom ensembles of the Uzbek national makom art center and its regional branches.
