In Uzbekistan, a system for changing the operator of communication with the official phone number was launched – "MNP

On October 27, within the framework of ICTWEEK UZBEKISTAN – 2023 ICT week, the subscriber number transfer service (MNP) was launched in mobile networks of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The launch of the service will lead to an increase in the quality of services provided by them, while further intensifying healthy, positive competition among mobile operators operating in our country.

Its convenience is that Now subscribers can choose any company based on the quality of service of mobile operators.

In the process, mobile subscribers are provided with the opportunity to retain their subscriber number when they move to another operator. This will prevent the number from being lost and will serve to make more rational use of the number resources by the Communication Operators.

The most convenient aspect of the service is the fact that mobile subscribers are provided with the opportunity to use the services of the mobile operator they want while maintaining their mobile numbers.

At the initial stage, individuals will contact the Office of the mobile operator they want to transfer to, as well as pick up a new sim card with the mobile number moved.

Currently in Uzbekistan Beeline, Mobi.uz, there are 5 mobile operators operating including Ucell, UZTELECOM, Humans. Mobile services are provided to customers by them. If, using the service, the mobile operator is changed, the copied numbers retain their shape and appearance.
