A man living in the Turkish city of Bursa hid the gold worth millions of liras he was saving to buy a house in an old clothes and put it in a black bag to protect it from theft. However, his wife, thinking that the bag was garbage while cleaning the house, threw it away. Upon learning of the incident, the man immediately started searching the trash cans. The police and public utilities were also involved in the investigation. Law enforcement agencies are studying surveillance camera recordings and checking the direction of the garbage truck.
