In Tortkol, a house producing alcohol products by hand was found

The Department of the Republic of Karakalpakstan under the General Prosecutor's Office, in cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, conducted the investigation in the house of V.K. During the investigation, 4,818 excise stamps, 1,003 pieces of artificially prepared alcohol product called "QARATAW", 746 labels with the name "QARATAW", 195 liters of alcohol and other goods used in production were taken as physical evidence. In connection with this situation, Article 176 of the Criminal Code (making and transferring counterfeit money, excise stamps or securities) and Article 186 (manufacturing, storing, transporting or transfer, execution of works or rendering of services), a criminal case has been initiated and investigation is being conducted.
