According to Telegram channel 112, 45-year-old Alexey entered the prayer room on Dmitry Donskoy Square during prayer. He stated that he had a grenade that he was going to detonate. The visitors immediately called the police. Law enforcement officers seized a grenade and detained the attacker.
Later it turned out that the ammunition turned out to be a dummy — the man explained that he stole a grenade in a nearby barbershop.
