In Phuket, Thailand, A 21-year-old man named Vuttisan Vongtalay hanged his 11-month-old daughter during a live broadcast on social media and then committed suicide as well.
According to local media, the man quarreled with his wife before the incident and decided to kill his daughter and himself. The tragedy happened in an abandoned hotel.
