In Tashkent region, a 9-year-old boy was hit by a Cobalt car

Reports circulated on social media claiming that a child had died under a car in Parkent. However, it was later clarified that a 39-year-old driver of a Cobalt hit a 9-year-old boy who was running across a pedestrian crossing in the Parkent district. As a result, the boy sustained injuries and was taken to the district central hospital.
According to the Tashkent Regional Department of Internal Affairs, the boy’s condition is stable, and he is currently receiving treatment.
A preliminary investigation into the incident is underway.
