In Tashkent, a woman and her daughter killed more than 400 citizens under the pretext of enrolling them in Turkish HEIs

A court case against a woman and her daughter who molested citizens was heard in the Yakkasaray district court on criminal cases. This was reported in the "Hudud" informational program.

It is noted that two people living in Yunusabad district took 5-9 million soums from more than 400 citizens, promising to enroll them in a number of Turkish universities.

The defendants gained trust by introducing themselves as representatives of the official branch of Turkish universities to high school students. They even organized lesson processes and involved teachers in Turkey.

To date, more than 100 victims have testified, and the criminal trial is still ongoing.

Earlier, it was reported that individuals who received money for admission to Fergana, Andijan, Gulistan state universities and "Narkhoz" were arrested. Also, an employee of the higher education institution who promised to enroll in Andijan and received 4 thousand US dollars was arrested.
