Measures have been taken against those who pretend to be disabled and beg in Tajikistan.
During the investigations, the officers of the Dushanbe Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested two physically fit persons who pretended to be disabled and engaged in begging. Despite earlier formal warnings, they failed to comply and as a result both were jailed for between 5 and 15 days.
