In the Urgut district of the Samarkand region, a young man without a driver's license was found to be driving his Cobalt car at a speed of approximately 130 km/h on a narrow street in the neighborhood.
According to the regional traffic police, it was not difficult to identify the driver, as the video of the violation was posted on social networks by his friends.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the young man did not have a driver's license. Administrative reports were drawn up against him for driving a vehicle without documents and exceeding the established speed limit.
The collected documents were sent to the court for legal action.
