Deputies of the Noviye lyudi party offer to allow migrants to send only funds of the official salary level abroad. They stated that it was aimed at increasing financial transparency, combating the hidden economy, increasing tax revenues, ensuring economic security. 
Migrants are required to send an amount in excess of their salary by a declaration confirming the legality of their income. Banks, on the other hand, are called upon to take more strict control of foreign financial transactions. At the same time, new state duties are also being offered for migrants.
