They got married in 2007. Three children were born in the marriage – a girl and two boys. My husband periodically went to work in Russia. In October 2022, during a family conflict, the wife, taking her daughter, left for her parents' house. A few months later, the couple decided to talk. The woman wanted to see her sons, she missed them very much. But when he came home, her husband did not allow her to see them and sent them to his father's house. And only then let her in to talk, but there was a quarrel between them.

The wife did not want to return to him, as a result, the man picked up a chainsaw standing in the corner of the kitchen and began to threaten the woman. She tried to escape, but her husband knocked her down, kicked her, and then struck several blows with a chainsaw in the face and neck area.

Then sobering up came to the attacker – the man was afraid of severe bleeding and called his father, who arrived within ten minutes. When he saw the bloody body of his daughter-in-law, he immediately called the district police officer and the sister-in-law's brother.

After that, the husband went to the internal affairs bodies of the Karshi district, where he confessed to the murder and said that he regretted what he had done and admitted his guilt. The woman was called an ambulance, but she died in the hospital.

The investigation found murder intent in the man's actions, because he bought a chainsaw a few days before the meeting. By the verdict of the court of first instance of June 7, 2023, the accused was convicted under part 1 of article 97 (premeditated murder) and sentenced to 13 years in prison.

However, the man appealed. In his testimony, he tried to stipulate to his wife that her behavior was allegedly the reason for the murder. Having deprived three children of their mother, he tried to slander a woman who can no longer answer him. But the court of appeal left the verdict unchanged, thus confirming the correct qualification and legality of the sentence passed by the court of first instance.
