Another attempt to rape a woman took place in the Karshi district of the Kashkadarya region. Well drunk local "macho" decided that all the girls around are ready for sex with him. Therefore, he offered a passer-by to sleep with him, and after she refused such "happiness", he beat her, tore off her dress and threw her into the canal, Podrobno.uz correspondent reports. The incident took place on July 23 at about 1:30 am. According to the girl, on that ill-fated evening she was returning with her friend from a party. Suddenly, a man who wanted sex blocked their way. Upon hearing the refusal, the angry man began to beat her, tore off her dress, and in the end threw her into the canal. According to her, the man smelled strongly of alcohol. During the beating, the woman lost a gold chain and a cell phone. Interestingly, a representative of the local mahalla, commenting on this event to the Milliy TV channel, said that this event, of course, is regrettable, but it is not appropriate for a woman to walk at night, and even more so to carry alcohol with her. According to her, the girl had a bottle of vodka with her, taken from the party. The police are investigating this fact.
