In Dushanbe, from August 1, all structures will switch to the Smart Payment program

From August 1, the structures of the executive body of state power of the city of Dushanbe, in order to switch to cashless payments, will use the Smart Pay program in their work. The resolution on this was signed by Dushanbe Mayor Rustam Emomali, NIAT "Khovar" reports.

It is noted that the resolution was adopted in order to ensure the payment of all state taxes, duties, fines, for issuing permits and licenses, the amount of compulsory state insurance, utilities and other types of public services for the implementation of the first stage of the Smart Pay program. .

Earlier, President Emomali Rahmon signed a decree on measures to expand cashless payments, according to which, from August 1, 2023, the payment of taxes, state duties, for issuing permits and licenses, other mandatory payments to the budget, fines, the amount of compulsory state insurance, medical care, utilities.
