In a court considering a criminal case related to ”Dok-1 Max", patients poisoned with drugs were asked to initiate a criminal case against doctors who neglected the condition of children and showed coldness towards their duties. This petition was sent to the Uzbek dealership of a foreign entrepreneur, manufacturer of dok-1 Max syrup, the defendant was the director of Kuramax Medical LLC S.R.P. represented by Davron Akhmadov, a lawyer. Now we have heard the victim from Navoi, in addition, we have heard other defendants from five hearings. Taking this into account, I ask you to inform the investigative body and make a private ruling on the initiation of a criminal case on the fact of inaction of medical personnel, leaving patients in a helpless state and a cold attitude to their careers, which led to the death of a large number of children," lawyer Davron Akhmadov said.

This motion of the lawyer was supported by several colleagues and some of the defendants. However, the state prosecutor asked to reject the petition. And the lawyer himself recalled that he has such power. It is established that in case of detection of signs of a crime in the actions of other persons during the consideration of the case, the court, in the process of making a final decision on the case, resolves this issue in the advisory house. For this reason, we have now accepted the petition and added it to the documents of the criminal case. And we inform you that the court will discuss the petition at the time when it will make a final decision,“ said Musa Yusupov, who heads the judicial board for the consideration of the doc—1 Max case.

Judge Musa Yusupov, through the testimony of the victims, said that he also knew of cases when sick children were misdiagnosed and placed in another department. Only you will do it right, the law does not allow you to draw preliminary conclusions, making decisions right now. We don't have the authority to do that. For this reason, we have included the petition in the case documents," said the judge presiding in the case.
