In Baku, a bus driver left passengers on board to go out for a cigarette.
In the Azerbaijani capital, Baku, the driver of bus No. 13 stopped the vehicle at a stop after a passenger accidentally pressed the "Stop" button; he then locked the doors and stepped outside to smoke.
The incident led to an argument with the passengers, and some were forced to transfer to another bus.
