Malik Gudrat oglu Melikov, born in 1963, threw himself under a train in the Sabunchi district of Baku.
Report informs, the victim with serious injuries was taken to the hospital by ambulance. During the examination, he was diagnosed with amputation of his right hand.
The fact is being investigated.
