In Andijan, driver fleeing from traffic police crashes into a store

In Andijan, a driver of an Onix who failed to comply with a traffic police officer’s order to stop attempted to flee and crashed into a roadside store.

The incident occurred at around 1:10 a.m. on August 17 on Mashrab Street in Andijan. Despite signals from traffic police officers, the driver continued toward Lomonosov Street. He then lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the store.

An investigation found that U.M., born in 1999, was driving the vehicle without the required documents. The vehicle also had overdue outstanding debts amounting to more than 10 million soums.

An administrative report was filed against the driver, and the vehicle was taken to a penalty parking lot. No one was injured in the incident, while the vehicle sustained technical damage.
