In Andijan, a Nexia driver crashes a moped and a cyclist

A video was leaked on social media featuring a Nexia driver hitting a high-speed moped and a cyclist. The case occurred in Andijan on 4 September. Driving in the traffic light “red”, the Nexia driver hit a moped and a cyclist at high speed. Both the cyclist and the civilian on the moped flew in the collision and climbed onto the car. Provincial YHXB said they had suffered minor body injuries. An inquiry into the situation is underway.
