According to the head of the DP of the region, all necessary investigative measures are currently being carried out with the appointment of a forensic medical examination. A criminal case has been initiated against other participants under Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Hooliganism)," Bauyrzhan Alenov said. Earlier it was reported that a mass brawl took place in Almaty. Eyewitnesses filmed several hooligans beating a young man. Five attackers knocked down young people and finished off the guys lying on the ground. Three young people were injured. According to the victim's father, his son received a third-degree contusion of the eye and practically sees nothing. Recently, the lawyer of the injured party, Aibol Tumenbayev, said that the investigation was delayed and that procedural and ethical norms were violated.
