In Afghanistan, the internet has been completely shut down

The Afghan government has completely shut down the internet across the country to” prevent unethical behavior". 
The NetBlocks monitoring service confirmed that the internet and mobile connection were not working as of September 29. According to local sources, the directive came from the Taliban leadership.
The population is unable to communicate with relatives abroad, several flights have been canceled. Publications such as Tolo News, AP, and AFP have also lost contact with their reporters in the country.
