In addition to road signs, new signs will be added, traffic rules will be supplemented with 2 new points, and actions will be established that will be prohibited and mandatory for persons operating scooters and electrosamocats. 
The draft resolution of the Cabinet of ministers “on amendments and additions to traffic rules”was published.

According to the draft document, during the raiding events in Tashkent starting on June 14 of this year, 190 violations of traffic rules were found by the managers of electrosamokats.

The draft resolution introduces procedures to reliably ensure the safety of traffic participants on the roads, ensuring compliance with traffic rules when using individual means of movement and scooters.

With the project:

definitions are given to the concepts of” scooter “and” individual means of movement", clarifying which category of vehicles they belong to;

measures are being taken to ensure the safety of road users;

In addition to road traffic regulations, Annex 1 road signs are being supplemented with 3.5.1 (no scooter traffic) and 3.34 (no individual traffic control) road signs;

Traffic rules are supplemented by new paragraphs 12-1 and 12-2, which define actions that are prohibited and mandatory for individuals who are guided by individual means of movement.

In addition, the relevant points of the traffic rules are supplemented with the words “scooter” and “individual means of movement”.

The following are prohibited to persons who control Individual means of movement:

Management of persons under the age of 14 (except management in closed areas);
control of alcohol, drugs, their analogues, psychotropic or strongly acting substances in a state of intoxication in a special way, under the influence of drugs that impair sensitivity and attention, in a state of fatigue and concreteness that threatens Traffic Safety;
shatakka one or more IHV;
the brake system, steering wheel, sound signal, as well as faulty headlight lights or flashlights in the dark time of the day or in situations where visibility is limited, as well as the rear headlight lights control the non-working IHV;
steering without grip or one-handed movement (for IHV);
passenger control;
using the phone.

IHV should be equipped with a headlight or flashlight, brake, sound signal, as well as white on the front, red or orange on the side, and red light reversers on the back.

Individuals managed by Individual means of movement:

strict adherence to traffic rules during movement;
movement from sidewalks, footpaths, footpaths and cycle paths in a position not higher than 6 kilometers per hour, and in the absence of them in a position not higher than 20 kilometers per hour on the right edge of the road;
traffic from the carriageway;
give way to other participants in the movement at the time of exit from residential genius;
