In 75% of catering establishments, the menu is not in Uzbek - Competition Committee

In cooperation with the Competition Committee and the Federation of Societies for the Protection of Consumer Rights of Uzbekistan, it conducted an inspection of about 700 catering establishments operating in the republic. In 524 of about 700 catering establishments - (75%) the menu is not in the national language, in 480 - (69%) the working hours are not indicated, in 449 - (65%) there are no price lists, in 429 - (62%) there is no parking. , in 519 - (74.6%) it was found that there are no emergency exits.

In the conducted studies, the time of preparation of food, price and terms of payment, lack of indication of the size of food, preparation of food on the roadside in places that do not comply with sanitary regulations are among these problems.
