Implementation of the Strategy of health protection of the population of Tajikistan is discussed

The meeting of the interdepartmental working group on cooperation with the Global Financing Fund in connection with the development and implementation of the priority investment plan for the implementation of the Strategy for Public Health Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period up to 2030 took place on May 3 in Dushanbe. This is reported by NIAT "Khovar" with reference to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic.

The meeting was attended by members of the working group, including representatives of the Ministries of Health and Social Protection of the Population, Justice, Economic Development and Trade, Education and Science, the State Committee for Investment and State Property Management.

​Issues related to the implementation of the Strategy of Public Health Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period up to 2030, approved by the decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated September 30, 2021 and the action plan for the implementation of this strategy, were discussed.

The purpose of this plan is to identify the main investments necessary for the successful implementation of the Strategy in the period 2024-2026.

In conclusion, the parties expressed their readiness to hold regular meetings and establish mutually beneficial cooperation.
