Ilham Aliyev: Albania and Azerbaijan work as close friends and brothers

Now Albania and Azerbaijan are working as close friends and brothers. The prospects for our cooperation are indeed very bright, because there is a very solid foundation - our friendship and mutual interests.

According to Report, President Ilham Aliyev stated this at a meeting with Albanian President Bayram Begay in an expanded format.

The head of state also noted that there is a very clear vision of how to promote bilateral ties and how to strengthen cooperation in the future. "Of course, issues related to the development of energy were an important factor that served as the basis for our cooperation," the President stressed, adding that there are more plans in this regard.
