IIV bought 7 thousand tablets for 44 billion rubles

The Ministry of Internal Affairs held a tender for the purchase of 7 thousand tablets from March 15 to April 4. "River" monitors documents and provides information about this lot.According to a note on the Tender, the initial cost of the lot was 53,761,358,000. This meant an initial price of 7,680,000 per tablet. The winning enterprise had to deliver products within 60 days.

9 businesses were registered to win the tender. But 7 of them are disqualified due to the shortcomings associated with the documents. In the end, Lithuania's Start Group won the lot with 100 points, while Solutions Trade LLC was considered the reserve winner.

Start Group won the tender with a price offer of € 3,612,000. This sum is 44,664,222,000 with the course at that time.

So what were the tablets that IIV bought?
According to the technical task, the operating system of the tablets should be in one of the versions of Android 9 or higher. In addition, it is established that the processor frequency is at least 2 GHz, the number of cores is at least 9. All the necessary drivers must be installed on the tablet, the external memory of which is not less than 64 gegabytes, the operational memory of which is not less than 4 gegabytes.

The tablet will also have fingerprint recognition (“otpechatka”), barcode and QR code reading, ID card and passport data recognition features, a special sensor pen. The screen should be 8 inches, Resolution 1920x1200 pixels.
