Ihsan Besher: Our goal is to expand cooperation with Azerbaijani businessmen

"Our goal in holding the Belt, Road and Middle Corridor conference is to expand cooperation between businessmen of the countries located along the Middle Corridor."

Ihsan Besher, chairman of the Turkish-Chinese Business Development and Support Association, told Report's Ankara bureau.

Ihsan Besher stressed that Azerbaijan is also an important representative of this project, so they are interested in attracting Azerbaijani businessmen: this project, and hold discussions. The event will be held with the support of states, embassies, the media. Various strategic topics will be discussed at the meeting."

The chairman also noted that during their visit to Azerbaijan they met with the chairman of the board of the authorized body of the Alat Free Economic Zone Valeh Aleskerov and held negotiations on this event.

It should be noted that in connection with the event, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Turkey Rashad Mammadov received Ihsan Besher and raised a number of issues related to the conference.

Report was told at the embassy that the chairman of the board of the authorized body of the Alyat Free Economic Zone will make a business visit to Ankara and Istanbul on June 5-8, where he will meet with Ihsan Besher.
