According to the government's resolution of November 4, 2024, you can file an online complaint about the uninhabitability of your home due to termite or other insect infestation through the State Housing and Urban Development Service. You can use this new state service via my.gov.uz to have your home inspected for free. If the home is truly uninhabitable, this will be the basis for you to be provided with housing by the state.
This service is available not only to homeowners, but also to residents.
