According to the new regulation, if the migrant does not leave the country voluntarily, the employer will pay not only the costs of deportation, but also the costs of living, medical services and transportation for him and his family for up to three months.

If this obligation is not fulfilled, the costs are subject to mandatory collection through the tax authorities. According to official data, about 301,000 permits were issued to foreigners in 2024. However, the number of Central Asian citizens working without a permit is still high. The government is intensifying raids in this regard.
