Human-Faced Robot Dogs Exhibition Stuns Visitors at Art Basel Miami Beach!

Art Basel Miami Beach, one of the world’s most prestigious art fairs, showcased one of its most unusual and thought-provoking installations this year: “Simple Animals” by American digital artist, graphic designer, and animator Mike Winkelmann, better known as Beeple.

The installation features robot dogs whose faces resemble famous figures — Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, and several iconic artists. This quirky, slightly unsettling artwork quickly sparked debates across social media.

Beeple explained that the project reflects the shifting power dynamics in the modern digital world.
“Artists once shaped how we see the world. Today, Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg control much of what we see — and what we want to see,” he said.

The artist’s aim was to playfully criticize a world increasingly governed by algorithms and tech giants. The robot animals symbolize how technology influences public perception, often more strongly than traditional art ever did.
