Ingredients:
6 eggs
one and a half cups of sugar
3 tablespoons of pure honey
1 teaspoon of baking soda
100 grams of butter
5 cups of flour
1 cup of chopped walnuts
For the cream:
2 tablespoons of flour
200 grams of sugar
250 ml of milk
1 egg
100 grams of condensed milk
50 grams of butter
Preparation:
Whisk the eggs and sugar well in a bowl. Then add 1 teaspoon of vinegar and 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Add baking soda to the honey and brown it in the oven. After browning, add the butter melted at room temperature. Gradually add the honey mass to the egg and sugar mixture and mix. Finally, add the flour and walnuts and knead into a dough. While the honey cake dough is resting, prepare the cream. Put flour, sugar, milk and eggs in a saucepan and stir over low heat until cooked. Then, mix the condensed milk and butter, add the cooked mash and prepare the medovik cream. Divide the dough into four pieces, spread on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C. Spread the creamy mass on each medovik layer and decorate with medovik powder. Our delicious medovik cake is ready!
