"Holiday Roulette"

🎄We present the recipe of "Holiday Roulette" that everyone loves and eats quickly and easily.

🧈Ingredients:

5 eggs;
Sugar 200 g;
Flour 200 g;
Razrikhlitel 1 tablespoon;
Butter;
Condensed milk;

👩🏻‍🍳Preparation:

We start our work by separating the egg white from the yolk.
Beat the egg whites in a larger bowl.
After it foams well, add sugar, egg yolk and flour and mix well.
We put parchment paper on the pan, spread the mixture evenly on it and bake it for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
For the cream, mix butter and condensed milk well.
We take the finished biscuit using a wet towel as shown in the video.
Put the creams in it and wrap it. You can decorate it as you like.
We used chocolate, coconut flakes and colored stones.
