Hezbollah attacked Israel with drones for the first time

Reuters news agency reported that the Lebanese Hezbollah group attacked 19 Israeli positions along the border.

According to available data, there are military targets in the positions that were hit by drone strikes. Footage showing the fire caused by the attack was circulated on social media. In a post on social media platform X, the Israeli army said it had hit a number of Hezbollah targets in Lebanon following a series of rocket attacks on Israel.

According to the Lebanese National News Agency, Israeli shells hit various areas on the southern border. Hezbollah said in a statement that it used two drones packed with explosives to attack an Israeli army command post in the disputed Shebaa Farms area on the Lebanese-Israeli border.

Hezbollah said drones loaded with "large amounts of explosives" attacked an Israeli battalion headquarters in the Shebaa Farm area and hit their targets.
